Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales lifecycle of project opportunities from initial engagement to project completion
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, project managers, hoteliers, and contractors
- Prepare proposals and quotations, provide project budget guidance, and conduct site visits
- Manage project pipelines through CRM and work with internal teams for successful project delivery
- Support commercial negotiations, technical approvals, and product presentations
- Provide installation advice and technical support as required
- Network and build relationships within the project fraternity and attend industry events
Requirements
- Experience in business development or project sales
- Proven track record of technical sales/sales management within Kitchen lifestyle category
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems
- Organized, proactive, and detail oriented

About the Role
- Business Development Manager – Kitchen Lifestyle to join the Projects team in Dubai.
- Manage full sales lifecycle of project opportunities, promoting kitchen lifestyle products.
- Develop new business and build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, project managers, hoteliers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full sales lifecycle from initial engagement to project completion.
- Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, provide project budget guidance, conduct site visits.
- Manage project pipelines through CRM and collaborate with internal teams.

About You
- Driven and relationship focused sales professional with experience in business development or project sales.
- Proven track record of technical sales/sales management within Kitchen lifestyle category.
- Strong connections with clients, ability to identify new opportunities and deliver solutions.
- Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness.
- Organized, proactive, detail oriented, works well independently and in a team.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM or ERP systems.
