About the Role
Arc'teryx is seeking a Product Guide to deliver an exceptional brand experience on the retail floor. You will share technical product knowledge, assist guests, and support store operations.

Responsibilities
- Deliver best in class brand experience to guests through sharing technical product knowledge and problem solving
- Build strong understanding of products and weave information into guest interactions
- Champion Arc'teryx as a brand ambassador both in store and in the community
- Support elevating guest experience by working with store leadership on projects and brand initiatives
- Provide feedback on merchandising and in store experience to help drive sales
- Maintain open, collaborative relationship with team and store leadership
- Answer store phones, respond to voicemails and store emails
- Utilize Point of Sale system to process guest transactions, warranties, trade ins, purchases, and returns
- Receive and unpack boxes for inventory (boxes can weigh 5 30 lbs)

- Answering store phones and responding to voicemails and store emails.
- Utilizing Point of Sale system to process guest transactions, warranties, trade ins, purchases, and returns.

Availability Requirements
- Available for a minimum of one open, one close and one weekend shift each week.
- Full Time: 30 40 hours per week (5 days per week).
- Part Time: 10 30 hours per week (2 4 days a week).
Details
- Compensation: Hourly.
- Pay range: CAD 20.70 CAD 23.80 per hour.
- Individual pay determined by job related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
