About the Role

Responsibilities
- Source and identify suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for project requirements
- Maintain and update approved supplier/vendor database
- Request quotations and compare prices from multiple suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts
- Ensure procurement aligns with project budgets and cost targets
- Coordinate with estimation team for BOQ validation and material specifications
- Procure materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fabrication services
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to warehouse and project sites
- Issue purchase orders and obtain necessary approvals as per company policy
- Track procurement status for ongoing projects and update internal teams
- Verify supplier invoices and coordinate with finance for payment processing
- Resolve supply delays, shortages, and urgent procurement requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 3–7 years of procurement experience in UAE or GCC
- Experience in exhibitions, interior fit out, construction, or events industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fabrication services
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent market and product knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and cost control mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong analytical and decision making ability
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems/ERP

- We are currently looking for a detail oriented, commercially driven, and highly organized Procurement Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for project requirements.
