Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), and subcontractor services for interior fit out projects
- Obtain quotations, evaluate supplier proposals, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
- Prepare and process RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement related documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Coordinate closely with design, estimation, project, and site teams to understand project requirements and procurement timelines
- Monitor orders and delivery schedules to ensure materials are supplied on time and in line with project milestones
- Maintain and update supplier databases, price comparisons, procurement records, and market intelligence
- Ensure procured materials meet project specifications, quality standards, and budget requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors
- Support cost optimization initiatives and contribute to effective budget management
- Provide regular procurement status updates and reports to management
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in procurement within the interior fit out, joinery, or interior contracting industry
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and fit out procurement processes
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
