About the Role

  • Joga Ram Group of Companies is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results driven Chief Operating Officer to work directly with the Owners and Managing Partners.
  • This role serves as the bridge between management and all departments, ensuring that strategic decisions are effectively communicated, implemented, monitored, and completed within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of coordination between the Owners, Partners, and all business units.
  • Translate management decisions into actionable tasks and implementation plans.
  • Ensure all directives from management are communicated clearly and executed effectively.
  • Track the progress of strategic initiatives and report implementation status to management.
  • Follow up with department heads to ensure timely completion of assigned actions.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Projects, Manufacturing, and Administration departments.
  • Monitor interdepartmental activities and resolve execution bottlenecks.
  • Conduct regular follow ups with department heads on pending tasks and commitments.
  • Ensure consistency in implementation of company policies and management decisions.
  • Develop and maintain action trackers and management dashboards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure accountability for deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive coordination role.
  • Strong project management and operational coordination experience.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple departments and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP systems and project management tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
