Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk in customers by understanding their requirements and recommending suitable products
- Promote and sell building materials, veneer, plywood, MDF, laminates, and related products
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and follow up on customer inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse to ensure product availability and timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a professional manner
- Ensure showroom and product displays are well organized and presentable
- Coordinate with sales and procurement teams regarding stock availability and customer requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements
- Female candidate
- 1 2 years of UAE experience in building materials trading, veneer, plywood, timber, or related industries
- Good knowledge of veneer, plywood, MDF, laminates, hardware, or other building material products
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to prepare quotations and process sales orders
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English; Hindi is an advantage
- Experience using ERP or POS systems is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (preferred)

Job Summary
