Responsibilities
- Liaise with government authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Municipality, Economic Department, Chambers of Commerce, GPSSA, NAFIS, and other relevant entities
- Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, establishment cards, labor files, immigration cards, and other company registrations
- Process and monitor all government approvals, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Process employment visas, entry permits, status changes, Emirates IDs, medical fitness tests, and residency visas
- Handle visa renewals, cancellations, and amendments
- Track visa, passport, Emirates ID, and labor card expiries and ensure timely renewals
- Process labor contracts, work permits, labor card applications, and cancellations
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding formalities with HR
- Maintain and update records of company licenses, permits, and legal documents
- Prepare status reports on visa renewals, company licenses, and government related activities
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government procedures
- Experience dealing with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Municipality, DED, GPSSA, and NAFIS
- Familiarity with online government portals and e services
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)

About the Role
- Joga Ram Group of Companies is seeking an experienced and proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government related transactions, visa processes, labor matters, and regulatory compliance requirements for the Group's companies across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Government Relations & Compliance: Liaise with government authorities including MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Municipality, Economic Department, Chambers of Commerce, GPSSA, NAFIS, and other relevant entities.
- Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses, establishment cards, labor files, immigration cards, and other company registrations.
- Process and monitor all government approvals, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Visa & Immigration: Process employment visas, entry permits, status changes, Emirates IDs, medical fitness tests, and residency visas.
- Handle visa renewals, cancellations, and amendments.
- Track visa, passport, Emirates ID, and labor card expiries and ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate with employees regarding documentation requirements.
- Labor & Employee Services: Process labor contracts, work permits, labor card applications, and cancellations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding formalities with HR.
- Assist in resolving labor and immigration related matters.
- Handle MOHRE and labor related disputes when required.
- Company Documentation: Maintain and update records of company licenses, permits, and legal documents.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a PRO.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government procedures.
- Experience dealing with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP, Dubai Municipality, DED, GPSSA, and NAFIS.
- Familiarity with online government portals and e services.

Preferred Experience
- Experience handling multiple companies and branches.
- Experience in Construction, Fit Out, Manufacturing, Trading, or Real Estate sectors.
- Knowledge of corporate licensing and compliance requirements across the UAE.
