About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Supervise and support a team of sales officers, providing guidance and training
- Build strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and furniture manufacturers
- Provide customers with technical insights on veneer and decorative surface products
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities; participate in exhibitions and trade shows
- Handle key accounts, lead major negotiations, and close high value deals
- Liaise with procurement, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor team KPIs, prepare sales performance reports, and analyze market trends
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in sales management within the veneer, wood, or surface material industry in the UAE
- Strong contacts in the fit out, interior, and contracting industry
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a sales team
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
- UAE driving license required

Job Summary
