Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and motivated HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE with hands on experience hiring for the construction, interior fit out, building materials trading, joinery, and real estate sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare interview schedules and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate documents where required.
  • Coordinate offer preparation, employment documentation, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain an updated candidate database and talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
  • Publish and manage job advertisements across various recruitment platforms.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of UAE recruitment experience is mandatory.
  • Proven experience recruiting for Construction, Interior Fit Out, Building Materials Trading, Joinery, and Real Estate industries.
  • Experience hiring both white collar and blue collar employees.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Hands on experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, Indeed, GulfTalent, Dubizzle, Skillbee and social media channels.
  • Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and recruitment procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience working with HRMS/ERP recruitment modules will be an added advantage.
