About the Company

  • Joga Ram Group of Companies is a diversified business group operating across Interior Fit Out, Furniture Manufacturing, Trading, and Real Estate sectors in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end to end recruitment for staff, technical, sales, and labor positions
  • Post vacancies on job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks
  • Screen applications, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
  • Employee Administration & PRO Coordination: Coordinate employment visa processing, Emirates ID, labor card, medical fitness
  • Work closely with PRO and Accounts departments for timely processing and renewals
  • Monitor and maintain records of visa, passport, Emirates ID, labor card, and insurance expiries
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs through ERP systems
  • Coordinate monthly payroll processing and ensure WPS compliance
  • Administer medical insurance enrollments, deletions, renewals, and claims support

Employee Relations & HR Operations

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Issue HR letters, NOCs, salary certificates, experience letters, warning letters
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives, staff welfare programs, and company events

Separation & Compliance

  • Manage resignations, terminations, visa cancellations, and employee exit processes
  • Prepare final settlements, gratuity calculations, and clearance procedures
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback
  • Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports on headcount, recruitment status, employee turnover, leave balances, visa status, medical insurance, payroll and manpower costs
  • Provide management with HR insights and recommendations

Pay

  • AED 5,000.00 AED 6,000.00 per hour
