About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities for a perfume/cosmetics manufacturing company. The role involves strategic sourcing, international logistics, demand planning, and indirect procurement.

Responsibilities
- Source and procure fragrance oils, alcohol, chemicals, and production raw materials
- Manage sourcing of packaging materials including bottles, caps, pumps, labels, cartons, gift boxes, and display packaging
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules
- Identify alternative suppliers and implement cost saving initiatives
- Prepare procurement plans based on sales forecasts, production schedules, and retail replenishment requirements
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or excess inventory
- Coordinate closely with Production, Warehouse, Sales, Retail Operations, R&D, and Finance teams
- Manage international shipments from purchase order to final delivery
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, and customs brokers
- Handle import/export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, and customs clearance requirements
- Optimize freight costs and ensure timely deliveries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant procurement experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial role handling a team
- Experience in perfume, cosmetics, personal care, manufacturing is highly preferred
- Proven experience in sourcing fragrance oils, packaging materials, and managing import/export logistics
- Hands on experience in demand planning and inventory management
- Experience handling indirect procurement, including office, IT, and marketing purchases
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel
