- Maintain and update procurement records, supplier information, and product catalogues
- Accurately enter purchase orders into the system
- Track order statuses and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and internal teams
- Handle supplier onboarding, documentation, and system entries
- Maintain supplier records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Assist in evaluating supplier performance and resolving operational issues
- Manage supplier related claims, including delivery discrepancies and damaged goods
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor and follow up on pending claims to ensure timely resolution
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Penny and Odoo is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem solving mindset with ability to handle supplier claims efficiently

Role Overview
- Snoonu is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to support the procurement team with key operational responsibilities.
- This role will be responsible for data management, supplier coordination, and claims handling, ensuring smooth day to day procurement operations.
- By handling these essential functions, the Procurement Coordinator will allow the Procurement Manager to focus on high value negotiations and strategic supplier relationships.
What You’ll Get Your Hands On
