Overview

  • The Online Account Executive plays a key role in supporting Snoonu’s restaurant partners by providing continuous commercial guidance.
  • This role operates within a centralized portfolio management model, where executives collaboratively support a large base of restaurant accounts rather than managing individually assigned portfolios.
  • The team focuses on handling inbound merchant inquiries, conducting proactive outreach, and helping partners optimize their performance on Snoonu.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Serve as the first point of contact for restaurant partners across multiple communication channels, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
  • Provide timely and professional responses to partner inquiries related to platform usage, menu management, promotions, advertising opportunities, and account performance
  • Guide newly onboarded partners through platform features and best practices to help them succeed on Snoonu
  • Support partners with payment related inquiries by coordinating with internal stakeholders when needed
  • Handle escalations and manage challenging merchant conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Ensure partner concerns are properly documented and followed up internally until resolution
  • Maintain strong working relationships with cross functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Content, and Training
  • Proactively reach out to partners to share recommendations on improving visibility, order volumes, and overall performance
  • Educate partners on available growth tools such as campaigns, offers, and menu optimization

The Magic You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, call centers, or commercial roles are encouraged to apply
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound interactions in a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills
  • Energetic, adaptable, and team oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
