Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for restaurant partners across multiple communication channels, including WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
- Provide timely and professional responses to partner inquiries related to platform usage, menu management, promotions, advertising opportunities, and account performance
- Guide newly onboarded partners through platform features and best practices
- Support partners with payment related inquiries by coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Handle escalations and manage challenging merchant conversations with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure partner concerns are properly documented and followed up internally until resolution
- Maintain strong working relationships with cross functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Content, and Training
- Proactively reach out to partners to share recommendations on improving visibility, order volumes, and overall performance
- Educate partners on available growth tools such as campaigns, offers, and menu optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, call centers, or commercial roles
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, problem solving, and relationship building skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Overview
- The Online Account Executive plays a key role in supporting Snoonu’s restaurant partners by providing continuous commercial guidance.
- This role operates within a centralized portfolio management model, where executives collaboratively support a large base of restaurant accounts rather than managing individually assigned portfolios.
- The team focuses on handling inbound merchant inquiries, conducting proactive outreach, and helping partners optimize their performance on Snoonu.
