  • Snoonu is looking for a Performance Coordinator to define quality standards, build SOPs, conduct vendor audits, and manage complaints for laundry services.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On

  • Define and document quality standards for every service type: wash & fold, dry clean, press, specialty
  • Build end to end SOPs: item intake, cleaning process, QC inspection, packaging, and handover
  • Vendor audits: regular on site visits, scoring, and structured feedback to partner facilities
  • Damage and complaint management: root cause analysis, resolution process, and prevention systems
  • Turnaround time standards: set the SLAs, track adherence, and fix the gaps
  • Item tracking and custody: building accountability across the full journey from customer to vendor and back
  • Onboarding new vendors: qualification criteria, induction process, and performance ramp
  • Readiness for B2B scale: ensure processes and quality can support high volume corporate or hotel accounts
  • Customer quality loop — working with performance team to turn complaints into operational improvements
  • Build the ops team and capability needed to sustain quality as the business grows

The Magic You Bring

  • 3–8 years in laundry, housekeeping, facilities, or soft services operations
  • Has set and enforced quality standards in a service environment — not just followed them
  • Experience writing or implementing SOPs and operational playbooks
  • Has managed vendor, supplier, or outsourcing relationships with a quality accountability lens
  • Detail oriented with a genuine intolerance for inconsistency
  • Can work hands on in the early stage, this role builds before it manages

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Direct experience managing a hotel or commercial laundry operation
  • Background in linen management, dry cleaning, or garment care at a professional level
  • Experience working in or with an on demand or logistics platform
  • Qatar or GCC experience — local vendor and customer context is valuable
  • Arabic speaking
  • Has prepared an operation for a B2B or institutional client contract
