Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end POS terminal preparation and configuration, including software loading, parameter setup, key injection, and readiness checks.
- Segregate, track, and process repaired or faulty terminals with accurate logging, vendor coordination, and return-to-stock procedures after quality verification.
- Perform terminal maintenance and e-commerce support, including hardware and software troubleshooting and gateway configuration updates.
- Execute terminal fulfillment operations with timely dispatch, inventory control, accurate documentation, and compliance with security standards.
- Support secure and uninterrupted payment acceptance across POS and e-commerce devices.
Required Capabilities
- Follow standard operating procedures accurately, verify terminal setups, and maintain correct documentation and inventory updates.
- Manage daily operational tasks efficiently, meet turnaround times, and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle devices, perform basic troubleshooting, and follow step-by-step setup and configuration instructions.
- Work effectively with colleagues, vendors, and support teams while providing clear operational updates.
