Responsibilities
- Manage design, implementation and technical artefacts for technology lifecycles within ADCB engineering standards.
- Build and implement standard and repeatable design patterns, components and technology solutions.
- Maintain and share current thinking and trends around technology practices, mentoring and coaching engineers.
- Oversee the day to day implementation of technology and digital strategy, roadmaps and initiatives.
- Guide, coach and role model a data driven approach to maximize performance.
- Play a lead role with engineering teams around change control, testing, incident management, troubleshooting and release management.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvements in software development process and tools.
- Contribute to engineering acceleration initiatives across ADCB.
- Oversee coordination with external vendors to ensure services are provided as per SLAs.
- Work closely with solution architects and vendors to enhance ADCB capabilities and address technical debt.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in design and deployment of an enterprise class network in a mid/large organisation
- At least 3 years of experience in incident management and resolution, managing software releases and configuration management
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time off, Timesheet, Time Tracking Modules
- Expertise in Intelligent Services, Integration center and Story Reporting
- Mandatory Associate level Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or equivalent
- ITIL Foundation certification in IT Service Management
- Working knowledge of data network technologies and protocols
- Working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors

- Oversee coordination with external vendors to ensure services are provided as per SLAs.

- Manage self and team in line with ADCB's people management policies.
Ideal Candidate Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in design and deployment of an enterprise class network in a mid/large organisation.
- At least 3 years of experience in incident management and resolution, managing software releases and configuration management.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time off, Timesheet, Time Tracking Modules.
- Expertise in Intelligent Services, Integration center and Story Reporting.
