Job Responsibilities
1.
Responsible for the overall management of the operations and finances of all units under the oilfield technical service company, and achieving annual operating targets;
2.
Responsible for coordinating the technical exchange and marketing activities of the oilfield technical service company;
3.
Responsible for coordinating the team building, talent pipeline development, and recruitment and allocation of key positions within the oilfield technical service company;
4.
Responsible for the overall management of key projects of the oilfield technical service company;
5.
Responsible for coordinating the operational and QHSE management of the oilfield technical service company.
Job Requirements
1.
Master's degree or above, with a petroleum engineering background and experience as a manager in an oilfield technical enterprise.
2.
Possess solid professional knowledge, be familiar with industry technologies, and have innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
3.
Possess strong strategic vision, innovative spirit, and organizational and coordination skills, and be able to make correct decisions in complex and ever-changing environments.
