Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Strong communication and technical presentation skills
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
- At least 8 years of business development experience in the Middle East
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English as working languages

Job Responsibilities
