- Source, evaluate and introduce new technologies and new processes globally
- Build an external technical resource database
- Lead commercial negotiations for technical cooperation projects, including drafting, signing and implementing agreements under models such as technology licensing, joint R&D and joint venture operation
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to convert introduced technologies into commercially promotable service products or integrated solutions
- Represent the company at international industry conferences and technical exhibitions
- Maintain regular communication with overseas technical enterprises and research institutions
Requirements
- More than 10 years of working experience in the oilfield service industry
- At least 3 years of experience in technical commercial affairs or international cooperation
- Able to work proficiently in both Chinese and English
- Capable of independently reading technical documents, conducting commercial negotiations and delivering presentations in English
- Outgoing and proactive, passionate about external communication
- Sharp technical insight and strong commercial negotiation skills
- Able to independently conduct technical assessment and drive the signing of cooperation agreements
- Capable of rapid learning and cross disciplinary knowledge integration

Requirements
