Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in well logging or downhole fiber optic monitoring
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical marketing
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Proven work experience with a well known company in the same industry
- Familiarity with mainstream technologies in well logging and downhole fiber optic monitoring
- Strong technical communication, interpersonal, and business negotiation skills
- Extensive global work experience
- Proficiency in English at a business communication level

Job Responsibilities
- Establish the annual sales targets for the unit and break them down into regional sales goals; develop the annual sales plan accordingly.
- Conduct market and customer research, formulate sales management strategies, and independently as well as collaboratively support team members in exploring and following up on projects.
- Take charge of key account development, and lead technical exchanges and promotional activities for key projects.
- Oversee regional technical and market promotion efforts, including technical marketing, project order acquisition, and bidding activities.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Proven work experience with a well known company in the same industry; minimum of 8 years of experience in well logging or downhole fiber optic monitoring; at least 5 years of experience in technical marketing; and a minimum of 2 years of team management experience.
- Professional Competencies: Familiarity with mainstream technologies in well logging and downhole fiber optic monitoring, with a solid understanding of relevant processes, industry trends, and market demands. Strong technical communication, interpersonal, and business negotiation skills.
- Other Requirements: Extensive global work experience; proficiency in English at a business communication level.
