Position: Business Development Manager

  • Take charge of developing new markets and new clients, organize technical exchanges and marketing promotion activities, and drive the localized application of oilfield service technologies across all regions.
  • Establish a tracking mechanism for early stage indicators within the responsible region (including potential opportunities and intended orders), compile rolling long term business forecasts, and accelerate marketing activities guided by performance targets.
  • Lead large value or strategically significant projects, coordinate internal corporate resources in line with the tiered authorization system, and accelerate the conversion of business opportunities into signed contracts.
  • Extract and integrate valuable insights from existing marketing, operation and business data to support the formulation of marketing strategies.
  • Undertake special business development tasks, such as pre qualification for key clients, regional market planning and competitor analysis.

Requirements

  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English, with command of petroleum technical English.
  • Over 5 years of comprehensive technical bidding experience in oilfield service marketing; familiar with tender procedures of oil producing countries, capable of independently managing bidding work, reviewing tender documents, preparing tender summaries and organizing full bidding processes.
  • Align with Anton's corporate culture; able to travel frequently and be stationed at project sites for long term bidding work.
  • Capable of independently organizing the company's technical and commercial teams to conduct technical exchanges with clients.
  • Able to calculate and formulate the profit and loss structure for bidding projects.
  • Candidates with proven records of successful independent bidding and experience leading project initiation and delivery are preferred (please list relevant successful cases).
  • Over 10 years of working experience in oilfield service companies.
