Responsibilities
1.
Attend meetings to interpret/expand client briefs to enable suitable bids to be created.
2.
Communicate with suppliers and sub-contractors to establish the best pricing and terms for the organization.
3.
Undertake detailed analysis of all aspects of security projects to establish an effective response to bid enquires.
4.
Estimates cost for projects based on an analysis of project technical requirements.
5.
Collect and analyze all project costs, including raw materials, labour, equipment, and tools to ensure estimates are precise.
6.
Attend meetings with project management, CAD, and procurement departments.
7.
Coordinate & follow up with the Sales team to ensure post-bid clarifications are addressed as per customers’ requirements.
8.
All in-house coordination for the preparation of bids including follow-up, and collection of input from various sub-contractors or 3rd parties.
9.
Ensure that commercial submissions to tenders are fully complied with all necessary details.
10.
Prepare / Review the preparation of the construction schedule, providing man-hours and equipment requirements for each activity and also ensuring correctness to capture anticipated durations and manning hours.
Skills Required & Qualifications
1. 3 – 6 years of work experience in the same line
2.
Degree –Electronics technology/ Electronics and communication engineering or similar
3.
Strong understanding of Electronic Security Systems (Fully integrated Access Control Systems, Gate Barriers, Metal Detectors, Parking Management Systems, CCTV Cameras, etc).
4.
Awareness of business commercial terms and conditions commonly adopted in the security industry.
5.
Result-orientated, self-motivated, a customer-focused approach
6.
Good written and oral communication skills
7.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
8.
Excellent interpersonal skills – must be able to adapt working style to the personalities and work styles of our stakeholders and internal partners
9.
Language Preference : English & Arabic an added advantage
10.
UAE Driving license a must
