Role Overview
Update guest information in the CID system during check-in and check-out.
Balance accurate administrative processing with responsive, personalised guest relations.
CID and Front Office Duties
- Update guest information within two hours of arrival or departure.
- Follow CID-related front-office procedures.
- Report system or data issues to the manager or supervisor.
- Maintain the CID log book with status, counts, issues, and handover information.
- Keep guest documentation available and current.
Guest Service Duties
- Develop friendly relationships that encourage guest loyalty.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints efficiently and sensitively.
- Pass complaint information to the relevant department or Guest Services team and follow through.
- Maintain knowledge of the hotel and local services.
Standards and Compliance
- Report punctually in the correct uniform and name tag.
- Maintain personal appearance, hygiene, and hotel and department standards.
- Follow the employee handbook, hotel rules, fire, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Attend required training and meetings and respond to departmental changes.
Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented and service-minded approach.
- Service-focused personality, good presentation, and confident speaking skills.
- Prior experience with CID or a related system.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to follow relevant hotel and safety procedures.
Work Setting
- The position supports in-person hotel front-office and guest-service operations in Abu Dhabi.
