Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment throughout the hotel
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, water pressure problems, and drainage concerns
- Install and replace pipes, valves, faucets, pumps, water heaters, and sanitary fixtures as required
- Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing systems according to the hotel's maintenance schedule
- Ensure proper functioning of water supply, drainage, sewage, and irrigation systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and hotel departments
- Coordinate with other Engineering team members on maintenance projects and renovations
- Support emergency maintenance requirements on a 24 hour basis when assigned
- Comply with all hotel safety policies, procedures, and local regulations
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders in a timely manner
Requirements
- High school diploma or technical/vocational certification in Plumbing or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of plumbing experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or commercial facility
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, water distribution, drainage, pumps, and sanitary equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and maintenance manuals
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
