Lead Organizational & Management Specialist

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operating model and organization design engagements across diverse business entities.
• Assess organizational structures and design future-state spans of control, governance, workflows, and decision rights.
• Develop frameworks, methodologies, and toolkits for operating model and organization design projects.
• Provide executive-level advice on strategy, transformation, and organizational effectiveness.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Design and facilitate workshops that support executive alignment and decision-making.
• Develop and implement corporate governance frameworks balancing standardization and flexibility.
• Drive operating model alignment across affiliates, joint ventures, and international operations.
• Oversee post-merger integration activities and operational and cultural alignment.
• Develop and deploy enterprise playbooks, operating principles, and organizational guidelines.
• Conduct benchmarking, market studies, and research to inform structural, strategic, and operational decisions.
• Advise leaders on organizational change, growth, risk mitigation, and restructuring.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 12 years of management consulting experience.
• Deep expertise in operating models, organization design, post-merger integration, governance, or transformation.
• Experience managing large-scale consulting initiatives within complex, multinational organizations.
• Strong command of organization design and process improvement methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication, persuasion, stakeholder engagement, and executive presence.
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional and global teams.
