Carry out and supervise pest control activities across company locations.
Maintain clean, safe, and pest-free environments through inspections, treatments, compliance, and accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect premises, identify pest activity, and assess infestation levels.
- Apply approved chemicals, equipment, and Integrated Pest Management techniques.
- Supervise technicians and coordinate daily pest control work.
- Investigate complaints, implement corrective actions, and monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Maintain inspection, chemical usage, treatment schedule, and service records.
- Handle, store, transport, and dispose of pesticides and hazardous materials safely.
- Maintain equipment, train technicians, coordinate audits, and monitor inventory.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and ensure occupational safety compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or certificate in pest control or a related field.
- Valid pest control technician or supervisor certification or license as required by local authorities.
- Minimum three years of experience in pest control services.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, catering, food manufacturing, or facilities management is advantageous.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of pest identification, control methods, and Integrated Pest Management principles.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, and UAE municipality regulations.
- Leadership, team supervision, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Communication, customer service, reporting, and accurate recordkeeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple locations independently.
Key Performance Indicators
Complete scheduled inspections and treatments on time.
Reduce pest infestation incidents across assigned locations.
Maintain compliance with food safety, municipality, and health regulations.
Achieve zero safety incidents related to chemical handling.
Deliver positive audit results and timely closure of pest-related complaints.
Maintain accurate documentation and effective technician supervision.
Pay
- AED 2,500 to AED 4,000 per month.
