Role Overview
The DCDP joins the Abu Dhabi kitchen team and supports chefs in delivering an exceptional dining experience.
The role focuses on local and Arabic cuisine and is performed onsite.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and cooking local and Arabic dishes under senior chef direction.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and kitchen areas.
- Ensure correct portion control and food presentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support stock rotation, inventory checks, and kitchen supply maintenance.
- Help train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
Must-Have Requirements
- At least two years of experience as a DCDP in a professional kitchen.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local and Arabic food preparation and cooking methods.
- Proficiency in English communication.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.
- Strong knife skills and safe, efficient ingredient preparation are advantageous.
- Menu knowledge and experience contributing to or innovating menu items are advantageous.

Compensation
