Role Overview
Support chefs in preparing high-quality dishes and maintaining kitchen standards.
Work in an onsite kitchen environment supporting restaurant and catering services.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times.
- Prepare ingredients as instructed by the kitchen supervisor or chef.
- Ensure correct storage and labeling of food items and ingredients.
- Support catering and restaurant teams during busy periods.
- Monitor and minimize kitchen waste according to company guidelines.
Must-Have Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant and catering experience within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic knife skills and food preparation techniques.
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude toward learning new tasks.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Fluency in English, spoken and written, to communicate with kitchen and service staff.
- Experience in a multicultural kitchen environment.
- Basic understanding of international cuisines.

Pay
