- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Handle confidential company and personal matters with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare reports, presentations, briefing notes, and follow up on action items across departments
- Coordinate with senior management, government offices, and external partners on the CEO's behalf
- Manage personal errands, appointments, and requirements as needed
- Screen calls, emails, and visitors; prioritize and filter information for the CEO
- Organize domestic and international travel logistics
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and department heads to ensure smooth execution of directives
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant, ideally to a CEO, Chairman, or senior business owner
- Impeccable professionalism, confidentiality, and judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Comfortable handling both corporate and personal responsibilities
- Flexible availability, including outside standard business hours when required
