- Lead and coordinate daily operations across all production divisions (boat manufacturing, concrete 3D printing, robotics production).
- Develop and implement operational strategies, KPIs, and performance benchmarks.
- Oversee factory operations, resource planning, and production scheduling across departments.
- Manage logistics, supply chain, and procurement to ensure on time project delivery.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and operational efficiency across all sites.
- Partner with CTOs, department managers, and executive leadership on capacity planning and process improvement.
- Manage budgets and cost control across operational divisions.
- Report operational performance directly to the CEO/Board.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of senior operations leadership experience, ideally across manufacturing and/or industrial production
- Experience managing multi division operations (manufacturing + technology production a strong plus)
- Strong background in logistics, production scheduling, and factory management
- Proven leadership managing large, cross functional teams
- Excellent strategic planning and problem solving abilities
