About the Role
Inoventive 3D is looking for a Head of HR to lead the human resources function in a fast-growing manufacturing and engineering organization. You will own recruitment, performance management, compliance, and culture building.

Responsibilities
- Own the full HR function: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance
- Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks aligned with local labor law
- Lead recruitment for technical, engineering, and production roles across multiple departments
- Manage compensation & benefits structure, appraisals, and promotions
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Partner with department heads on workforce planning
- Oversee visa/labor card processing, government relations for labor matters, and HR compliance audits
- Build a positive, high performance company culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's/HR certification preferred)
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior/leadership HR role
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering driven companies is a strong plus
- Strong knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
- Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software

Job Overview
