- Coordinate with production management and engineering on build specifications
- Train and mentor workers; manage shift attendance and productivity
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials on the production floor
- Report daily progress and flag production issues to management
Requirements
- Minimum 5 8 years of hands on experience in boat manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of boat building processes: lamination, hull construction, fitting, finishing
- Proven experience supervising production workers/teams
- Strong understanding of shop floor safety practices
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
