Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- Proven senior leadership experience in technology strategy, ideally spanning AI, automation, and robotics
- Strong understanding of 3D printing/additive manufacturing and R&D management
- Experience building and leading multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
