Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Prepare salary transfers through the Wages Protection System (WPS) in compliance with UAE regulations
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, deductions, commissions, and other payroll inputs
- Ensure payroll calculations including gratuity, leave salary, bonuses, and final settlements are accurate
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee files, and salary documentation
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding employee onboarding, offboarding, salary revisions, and benefits updates
- Address employee payroll related queries in a timely and professional manner
- Generate payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and salary analysis reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
- 2–4 years of payroll experience, preferably in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS, and payroll compliance
- Experience using payroll software and HRMS systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting

Position Overview
- We are seeking a detail oriented and highly organized Payroll Officer to manage and oversee end to end payroll operations for employees across multiple regions.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in payroll processing, employee benefits administration, payroll reporting, and compliance coordination.
- The role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment while supporting employees working remotely across different countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Prepare salary transfers through the Wages Protection System (WPS) in compliance with UAE regulations.
- Verify attendance, overtime, leave records, deductions, commissions, and other payroll inputs.
- Ensure payroll calculations including gratuity, leave salary, bonuses, and final settlements are accurate.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, employee files, and salary documentation.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams regarding employee onboarding, offboarding, salary revisions, and benefits updates.
- Support payroll audits and provide required reports and documentation.
- Address employee payroll related queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist employees with salary certificates, bank letters, and payroll related documentation.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of employee payroll information at all times.
- Generate payroll reports, reconciliation statements, and salary analysis reports for management.
- Monitor payroll discrepancies and resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of payroll experience preferably within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, WPS and payroll compliance.
- Experience using payroll software and HRMS systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.
