- Provide administrative and coordination support to different departments
- Maintain accurate records, files, databases, trackers, and supporting documents
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, meeting notes, and internal communications
- Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending tasks, documents, approvals, and deadlines
- Support data entry and review information for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with documenting processes, procedures, actions, and completion status
- Organize documents required for internal reviews, reporting, and audit purposes
- Coordinate meetings and maintain action logs
- Handle company and employee information confidentially
- Support general operational and administrative activities as assigned
Requirements
- UAE National with a valid Family Book
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a hybrid environment

About the Role

- The role requires office attendance once per week, with the remaining agreed responsibilities completed remotely, subject to business requirements.
