Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and deal negotiation with a track record of meeting revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Analytical skills for market research and performance reporting
- Comfort with CRM systems and MS Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of UAE insurance market and regulatory environment is highly beneficial
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
