About the Role

  • InsuranceMarket.ae is seeking a motivated UAE National for a Part Time Administrative Support Officer role.
  • Suitable for fresh graduates and early career professionals seeking practical experience.
  • Requires office attendance once per week, with remaining responsibilities completed remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to different departments.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, databases, trackers, and supporting documents.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets, meeting notes, and internal communications.
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders on pending tasks, documents, approvals, and deadlines.
  • Support data entry and review information for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain action logs.

Candidate Requirements

  • UAE National with a valid Family Book.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
