Role Purpose
Manage products and service functions to deliver quality service to staff while maintaining operational controls and improving financial service efficiency.
The role is intended for fresh graduates.
Account Documentation
- Handle inquiries related to staff accounts.
- Open and close staff accounts, complete forms, and observe KYC policies and Central Bank instructions.
Finance Account Documentation
- Handle inquiries related to finance and covered cards.
- Maintain customer files, prepare finance applications, obtain approvals, enter system data, and complete forms.
Staff Management and Coordination
- Manage subordinates and plan their training and appraisal.
- Perform other tasks specified by management.
Payroll and Finance Processing
- Enter payroll transactions and calculate and enter overtime transactions.
- Prepare payment memos and invoices.
- Prepare advance leave salary and prepare or update advance reports.
- Assist with preparation of journal entries and general ledger reports or entries.
Specialist Skills and Knowledge
- Broad knowledge of ADIB retail banking financial products and services.
- Thorough knowledge of retail credit and operational policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
- Thorough knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations.
- Awareness of local-market competitors and knowledge of service standards.
- Training, sales, management information, and computer skills.
Results and Controls
- Assist with workflow changes that improve processes and recommend changes to the branch manager at least annually.
- Support detailed responses to internal audit and ICD comments relating to financial products and staff services.
- Perform key operational controls in compliance with ADIB policies and procedures.

- The role is located in Abu Dhabi.
