Role Purpose
Lead and manage HR operations across the ADIB Group.
Plan and manage the HR Operations organization supporting employees across all geographies.
Provide strategic direction, innovative HR practices, policy improvements, and system enhancements.
Build cross-functional and cross-geography partnerships to deliver consistent HR services and employee experience.
Key Accountabilities
- Advise business groups and Group Heads on staff operations and employee relations issues.
- Manage UAE and GCC pension funds, UAE Central Bank, and UAE National Service matters in compliance with applicable guidelines and laws.
- Manage local and international medical and life insurance schemes for the ADIB Group.
- Support international branches with HR matters and provide recommendations on regulatory inquiries.
- Provide technical guidance for HR operations process redesign, development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with HR Management on HR operations strategy and solutions.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery, information controls, root-cause analysis, and policy compliance.
- Lead HR operations automation and process enhancement.
- Manage HR operations costs within the approved budget.
- Write and redesign HR policies and procedures.
- Handle individual grievances and assigned fraud investigation cases.
- Maintain relationships with relevant government officials and banking HR managers to monitor HR and banking policy trends.
Required Experience and Capabilities
- Minimum 10 years of experience in employee relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and vision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
- Strong people management capability and commitment to completing work collaboratively.

- The role is based in Abu Dhabi.
