Role Description
The Senior Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
The role manages and grows a customer portfolio through tailored Sharia-compliant banking solutions and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify customer needs.
- Cross-sell appropriate products while achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct account reviews and monitor customer performance and risk.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely and accurate services.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Strong business relationship management skills are required to develop, retain, and grow customer portfolios.
- Knowledge of finance, banking products, credit principles, and Sharia-compliant solutions is required.
- Proven customer service and sales capabilities in financial services are required.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required.
- Experience in relationship management within banking or financial services is required; Islamic banking experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, communication, and risk-awareness skills are required.
- Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an asset.
