Ali & Sons Holding LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable

Payroll Administrator

to support the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and related HR operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, confidentiality, and a solid understanding of payroll processes.

As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for managing payroll data, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting employees with compensation-related queries.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify monthly payroll, including attendance, overtime approvals, deductions, and arrears, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the ERP system while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate payroll-related documents with HR, PRO, and Accounts teams.
  • Process leave salaries and final settlements in line with company policies.
  • Handle and resolve employee queries related to payroll, compensation, and benefits via email, phone, and HR ticketing systems.
  • Prepare payroll reports, employee data reports, and required documentation for management and Accounts.
  • Issue payslips to employees without system access and prepare payroll-related letters and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with banks on payroll accounts (e.g., Ratibi) and related matters.
  • Support compliance with payroll policies and assist with general HR operations when required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Payroll, HR Manager, or HR Director.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar administration
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is mandatory
  • Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle Fusion (Payroll Module) is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
