- Ensure all food preparation meets hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards (HACCP)
- Collaborate with other kitchen sections and assist in training junior staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in a professional pastry kitchen (hotel, restaurant, or bakery)
- Solid knowledge of pastry techniques, dessert plating, and chocolate or sugar work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team player with good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast paced environment
