About the Role

  • Bayut & dubizzle are iconic UAE brands reaching over 123 million monthly users. We are looking for a Partnerships Account Manager to join our Motors team, focusing on the Car Sales segment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and grow strong relationships with auto dealers and key stakeholders across your assigned region
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, cold calling, face to face meetings, and lead generation
  • Sell dubizzle's value added advertising products and subscription packages to new and existing clients
  • Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets (value & volume)
  • Onboard and train clients to ensure they fully leverage our platform
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to help clients improve listing visibility and results
  • Monitor client account health and quality metrics, ensuring best practices and optimal platform usage
  • Proactively manage client expectations to deliver an outstanding dubizzle experience
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize ROI from their listings

What We're Looking For

  • 2 5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in B2B sales
  • Experience in online or digital sales is a strong advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic and/or Urdu is a plus)
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, target driven environment
  • Confident negotiator with a consultative sales approach
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with dubizzle or similar online marketplaces is an advantage
