- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders in the construction industry
- Develop a deep understanding of product offerings, including specifications and applications
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase building materials and solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions, and prepare regular sales reports
- Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of orders
- Gather feedback from clients to understand satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand network
Requirements
- 3 10 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
- Highly motivated and target driven
