About the Role

- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, subcontracts, construction, and commissioning teams to develop and execute an integrated plan for offsite manufacturing
- Plan, supervise and direct Construction operations within the project modularization plan, including identification of modules, support to specification, procurement, transportation, and logistics
- Support the project OSM Manager in ensuring OSM skids and modules are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Ensure Construction quality assurance and quality control processes are in place to comply with design plans and specifications
- Plan and coordinate construction schedules, monitor development of module and site work scope, and track project readiness to receive modules
- Address and resolve issues related to constructability, design, and procurement to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare and present reports on OSM Construction status, progress, and performance to internal and external clients and project sponsors
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13 15 years of relevant experience or 17 19 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in managing complex and large scale Construction scopes and initiatives
- Strong Construction Managerership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic Construction environment
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Knowledge of subcontracts and contractor/subcontractor responsibilities
- Understanding of Project Environmental, Safety & Health requirements
- Experience in the semiconductor industry
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in offsite manufacturing and modular construction

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Construction team as Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) Construction Manager.
- The OSM Construction Manager will manage construction related activities for large scale offsite manufacturing or module fabrication and assembly work for the project.

Education And Experience Requirements
- Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13 15 years of relevant experience or 17 19 years of relevant work experience.
- Relevant work experience can include construction, engineering, project management, commissioning, or offsite manufacturing.
