Role Overview
Strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and long-term business performance.
Develop organizational development strategies, support organizational design, improve engagement, and facilitate change initiatives.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify organizational needs and enhance talent practices.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives.
- Support organizational design and build leadership capabilities.
- Improve employee engagement and cultivate collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Analyze organizational needs and data and translate insights into practical development initiatives.
- Facilitate organizational change and engage stakeholders effectively.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of organizational development, organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement.
- Knowledge of change management, leadership development, workforce planning, and performance management principles.
- Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
