Role Description
Lead customer relationship management strategies to strengthen engagement, retention, loyalty, and long-term customer value.
Develop targeted and personalized customer experiences using customer data and behavioral insights.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, app, and other digital channels.
- Manage customer segmentation, lifecycle management, campaign planning, performance tracking, A/B testing, and database optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams.
- Use data-driven insights to improve customer journeys, conversion, retention, and sustainable business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer lifecycle management, segmentation, retention, and engagement.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, customer databases, and analytics systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret customer and campaign data.
- Knowledge of email marketing, personalization, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
