Role Description
Lead initiatives that foster positive workplace relationships, employee engagement, and a fair, respectful, and productive work environment.
Advise on employee relations matters, workplace policies and procedures, and concerns raised by employees or managers.
Provide balanced, confidential, and solutions-oriented guidance while strengthening organizational culture and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases and support conflict resolution.
- Conduct workplace investigations and support disciplinary processes.
- Develop employee relations programs and monitor engagement trends.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on people-related matters.
- Promote effective communication between employees and management.
- Provide objective and practical guidance for complex workplace situations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Employment Relations, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, workplace policies, performance management, and employment practices.
