Role Description
Deliver a positive, consistent, and engaging experience across customer interactions.
Respond to inquiries, understand customer needs, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure timely follow-up.
Support customer satisfaction initiatives, improve service processes, maintain accurate customer records, and collaborate with internal teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Understand customer needs and deliver a positive, consistent, and engaging experience.
- Resolve customer issues, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and unresolved matters.
- Support customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve service processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- A strong customer service mindset with a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.
