Role Description
The Learning & Development Manager will lead learning strategies that strengthen employee capabilities, engagement, and organizational performance.
The role includes identifying development needs, creating learning programs, managing training initiatives, and evaluating their effectiveness.
The manager will partner with business leaders and HR teams to align learning initiatives with organizational priorities.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop annual learning plans and coordinate internal and external training.
- Design leadership and professional development programs.
- Support onboarding and career development.
- Use learning data to measure program effectiveness and business impact.
- Build a strong culture of continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of learning and development principles, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.
- Experience with training needs analysis, learning program development, and performance evaluation.
